Croke Park is a world class sporting arena and so the food offer, and the design of the units, must also be world class. We developed designs for three unit types and arranged them around ‘food streets’ within the stadium which are supported by a comprehensive concourse signage programme.
Three branded concessions
Eighteen84 – named after the year the GAA was founded – are quick service restaurants within the stadium selling a mix of hot food, snacks and hot and cold beverages.
Leather & Ash – named after the leather of a sliotar and the wood hurls are made from – sell a café offer within the stadium comprising of sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold beverages.
The Crossbar units are the bar offer within the stadium selling both alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
